The periods of replacement and return of goods are divided into two periods:

Replacement and return within the 14-day period from the date of receiving the item without reason, with some exceptions.

The consumer has the right to replace or return the commodity with a refund of its cash value, without giving any reasons and without incurring any expenses within fourteen days of receiving it.

As an exception to this, the consumer may not exercise the right of exchange or return in the following cases:

1- If the nature of the commodity, its characteristics, or the way it is packaged or wrapped, prevents its replacement or return, or if it is impossible to return it to the condition it was in at the time of the contract.

2- If the perishable consumer goods.

3- If the commodity is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale for a reason attributed to the consumer.

4- If it is a commodity that is manufactured according to special specifications set by the consumer, and the commodity conforms to these specifications.

5- Books, newspapers, magazines, information programs and the like.

Replacement or refund of defective goods within 30 days from the date of receipt

The consumer has the right, within thirty days of receiving the commodity, to replace it or return it with a refund of its monetary value if it is defective.
